Nina's assignment for school was to make a Leprechaun trap. I had never heard of one. I must not have grown up in an Irish area. We found some great ideas in the Family Fun magazine (since I didn't know what one was) and copied it. It turned out pretty good. One oatmeal box and some spray paint later and it looked like this. I think the point of it is for the Leprechaun to climb up the ladder to get the gold coins and then fall into the false lid on the hat. We shall see if we catch anything. : )
