Every night when Daddy comes home, he asks the kids what they did that day. Recently, Tad decided that the usual answers were boring. Instead of the usual "went to the park" or "cleaned up the house", he told Daddy that we went to Disneyland. He described our experiences in great detail (even though Tad's never actually been there!). This has come to be the standing joke around here. The kids like to see what kind of far-out tales they can tell Daddy about the day. Well, last night Kaisa and Tad said that they had gone to heaven! Their theology was immediately revealed. Tad told us about the gold streets. Kaisa explained that the houses had no beds as there is no night or naptime in heaven. Will and I both laughed at her final comment:"And we didn't sin at all when we were there! But we started sinning right away when we got back here!"
